Q When can I expect delivery of my order?
A The majority of our orders ship out within 24-48 business hours. Excluding backordered items, delivery can be expected 3-10 business days after the product ships. For tracking information, please log in to your account here.
Q How do I track my order?
A If tracking information has been relayed to us from one of our remote warehouses, it will be uploaded to your account. At times there can be a delay in the information being relayed to our system, and it should appear within 24-48 hours.
Q Do you offer expedited delivery?
A We sure do! Other than heavy items that have to be shipped Truck Freight, we offer expedited options including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air to accommodate any situations that need a little bit of a rush on them.
Q Who do you ship with?
A The majority of our packaged will ship via UPS and FedEx. For Canadian orders, we utilize Purolator and for shipments over 150 lbs. we use various Freight providers.
Q Where do you ship to? Anywhere outside the United States?
A Our website is configured to ship to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii) AND Canada. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States or Canada, please give us a call and we can get you a full quote for delivery.
Q What do I need to do to return my product(s)?

We will deal with the process as quickly as possible.
Q Who is responsible for shipping charges back to the warehouse?
A In any case where we did not provide accurate product data, fitment information, proper shipment, or anything in our error - we will provide a label or call tag to take care of shipping charges. If an item is ordered in error by the customer without consulting one of our representatives we will provide an RGA and have you ship it back.
Q How long do I have to return an item?
A We have a no hassle return policy that lasts 30 days after the product was received. You can read details on returns here.
Q Where do I ship it back to?
A The address for return shipping will be determined by our shipping department once you submit your request. This information will be relayed via e-mail.
Q When will I receive my refund?
A Refunds will be processed 24-72 hours after the product is received at our warehouse. From there it will generally take 24-48 hours for the funds to be credited back to you.
Q What types of payment do you accept?
A We accept the following credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal and Paypal Credit (financing via Paypal), as well as any check/money order.
Q Do you offer financing?
A We do, but not directly. Paypal Credit (formally BillMeLater) will offer that option (upon approval). Select Paypal at checkout and follow their instructions.
Q Do you allow payment via check or money order?
A We certainly do. However, we would have to wait for the check or money order to arrive to us and get approved before we sent out your order. If you would like to use this option, please select Check/Money Order payment option on the final stage of checkout.
Q Do you have gift cards?
A We sure do, and they are great! You can purchase one here: Gift Card
Q Do you have a printed catalog?
A We used to! At this point we update our online catalog so frequently that it’s tough to keep up with in a printed catalog. However, if there is anything you’re looking for, let us know.
Q Do you match prices of competitors?
A We sure do! View our price match policy.
Q Are you a "drop shipper" or do you warehouse your own products?
A It really depends on what is going to be quicker and cheaper for you, the customer. We utilize many of our own warehouse where we stock a significant amount of what we sell. However, some situations make it more cost effective and convenient for the customer to drop ship from the manufacturer directly, or distribution.
