This is a heavy duty Bilstein shock to replace or upgrade your stock rear shock setup on your Ford Class C . Choosing the correct shock for your E250/E350/E450 is very important for the ride characteristics of your suspension. A shock absorber is a quick and inexpensive way to greatly increase handling control as well is improve ride quality.
Bilstein is known worldwide for quality and you can feel it the moment you drive your Ford C motorhome chassis after they are installed. The monotube design is constructed to offer superior damping abilities that make this heavy duty Bilstein shock an exceptional choice for heavy hauling or off-road situations.
Backed by a lifetime warranty, these gas charged shock absorbers are constructed specifically for your Ford E Series with durability in mind. Heat is a major enemy of shock life and shock performance all around. Bilstein has improved upon conventional designs to prevent fade and heat build up, giving their monotube shocks more room for heat to dissipate. The piston inside the shaft is also more than 2x the size of a conventional twin tube piston allowing for greatly improved handling and control.
Bilstein rear shocks for Ford Class C are sold individually.

The shocks were easy to install and made my RV ride much better.nice technical support from you and Shipping was fast and I would recommend
These should be factory equipment on econolines, and all other light duty on road work trucks!!! Not too stiff but makes the vehicle feel more planted. The e350 chassis cab shocks dampen better than the lighter duty shocks sold as econoline cargo van shocks. Heavy sway bars are another must have addition!
Service was excellent and the sales person was a great. The bilstein shocks have improved the ride and handling. I would definitely buy from SD Truck again.
Everything that I ordered from you: Bilstein front and rear shocks, Bilstein steering stabilizer, and Helwig rear sway bar, have worked out great!
Everything that I ordered from you: Bilstein front and rear shocks, Bilstein steering stabilizer, and Helwig rear sway bar, have worked out great! There has been a very noticeable difference in handling! I used to get buffeted by tractor trailers both when they passed me, and when I would come up fairly close behind them. Even some smaller vehicles like vans and suv's would occasionally cause this effect. On a recent roadtrip, my wife asked me how things felt. It was then that I realized that I wasn't noticing the "tractor trailer" effect. I then began looking for it, both when being passed or coming up upon one, and was VERY happy to notice almost nothing! I am definitely pleased, and have already recommended SDTrucksprings to some friends! Thank you very much, Chris (2000 Coachmen class C motorhome on Ford base)
