I installed the sway bar on our Jayco Malbourne 24l motor home. Installation was easy. We took a 49 day trip thru 24 states and 8970 miles.. we drove on all types of roads from interstate to small country roads . The sway bars worked great. We went down mountain roads with harirpin turns no problems. Drove with cross winds no problem. I think they should be standard equipment on all Sprinter 3500 units. We brought the motorhome in Bozeman Mt and drove 4500 miles back to CA. There is a big difference in the ride with the heaver sway bar.
I purchased one of these and installed it on our 2016 Leisure Travel Van MB. It took about 15 minutes to remove and install the new sway bar. What a difference in driving! Leaning and sway is much reduced and driving by semi trucks and in the wind is much improved. Pitching entering and exiting driveways is much reduced. The best investment in improving driving dynamics that I have done.
I had bought Helleig sway bars for my E-450 class C (front and rear) and worked so well at improving stability that when I traded my E- 450 for a Sprinter it was a no brained to get a Hellwig for the Sprinter. I have not been disappointed, it's the best single improvement you can make. It reduces crosswind impact and really helps when passing or being passed by large trucks. If you made one for the front I would buy it in an instant. Unfortunately it wouldn't be as easy to install as the rear one was. Chuck
I installed this on a 2016 Winnebago View (2015 Sprinter 3500 chassis). Installation was easy with the help of an impact driver and a torque wrench. I rolled the rear wheels up onto a couple 2 x 10 blocks and was able to work underneath without jacking. I did need to add some flat washers to the link bolts to eliminate the need to bend the brackets when tightening. Handling is definitely improved. No change in ride quality. Less buffeting effect from passing trucks and crosswinds. Definitely increases confidence and comfort level when driving. Would definitely recommend this as a first step to improve the Sprinter 3500!

Works as advertised. Dampened sway, but did not stiffen the ride. Improves cornering and total ride control. Big improvement of stock suspension.Very easy to install with all the parts needed in the kit for complete installation.
