Hellwig springs are made to increase the "level-load" carrying capacity of your vehicle. Never load the vehicle beyond the manufacturer's maximum gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR).
I had to tow a single axle utility trailer basically across the US. It is tongue heavy even when empty. These helper springs worked great. Gave me the extra 1.5 inches of lift loaded. They don't seem to make the truck excessively stiff when running unloaded either. Pleasantly surprised, like them a lot. If you just need a little more weight capacity, more specifically, ride height, these helper springs are the real deal.
