I’ve used the Load Lifter 5000 Ultimate for a little over a year. When pulling my fifth wheel I usually put about 35 - 40lbs of air in the bags and it levels out the truck. No longer do my headlights point upward, it improves the ride when loaded and overall, very happy with my purchase. I recommend getting the on board compressor I’m so glad I did!! When the truck is unloaded the ride is not impacted. I would recommend these bags for your truck.
I am very happy with this air bag kit, it contained all the parts required. The instructions were easy to follow. I have a 2800lb slide in camper that puts a strain on the springs, the air bags remedy that. I ran the air lines to the fender wells, and found that my bike pump easily inflates them fully.
Bad actually. Need to return all the kit please. not at all satisfied . it effect on my vehicle as well .

Purchased the airlift 5000 ultimate airbags for 2010 gmc Sierre 2500 the airllifters are excellent for pulling 39'9" Montana 5th wheel would recommend to any one looking to help your Truck from sagging in the back and stability!
I had been looking for the right suspension component for that rear of my pickup to assist with my ride comfort and load issues. Purchased these air bags and installed them on my 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Easy install! took about 45 minutes and everything went together well. Didn't need the heat shield with aftermarket exhaust (Gibson). Keeps my truck level with 50 lbs of air and a 28' bumper pull toy hauler. Definately recommed this product.
