Lifted up my jeep and did heavy duty front suspension and rear but had factory sway bars on, I could feel some body roll around curves and on strong wind days , I installed the Front and Rear sway bars and what difference it has made , I would not have just done one definitely do front and rear, , my jeep corners well and I drives straight on windy days now. Money well spent to keep my investment driving well and feeling safe.. I had to jack rear up while installing , also be sure to measure length on either end between mounting brackets to get a perfectly centered install. Not doing this on front can cause a tire to rub while cornering.
