4.5" Suspension Lift Kit - 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4wd

With the Tuff Country Dodge Ram 4.5” lift kit, you get an additional 36” tire clearance. Kit includes lifted coil spring tower brackets that add lift to the front end of your vehicle by mounting above your factory coil springs. Using the coil tower brackets maintains a factory ride while being securely bolted above your factory coil springs. Also included in the kit, Rear cast iron blocks, extended upper and lower control arms w/poly bushings, a track bar relocating bracket, drop pitman arm and front sway bar relocating brackets.
