Okay to start with I bought a really large trailer 17000+ 40 ft long and I’, using a 3500 Dodge diesel to tow it. I know, I know, I need a bigger truck. It squatted the rear ended down really bad and it made things feel kind of loose back there when towing. Well my son recommended the LoadLifter Air bags because he had them on his truck. I was reluctant at first but went ahead a bought the 7500 XL air bag kit. I got this ting and looked at it and read the instructions and decided to try and install it my self. Well the instructions were super easy to follow and walked me through each step of the installation with ease. After i got them installed I took a trip and what a HUGH difference in towing they made. Ive already decided when I get that bigger truck the first thing I am buy is another set of the 7500 XL Air Bags. I highly recommend this product!!!
So far the product has been great installed myself about 5 months ago. Fairly easy... I would’ve gave a five star , but the wireless remote is not consistent. About 80% of the time it reads failed on first attempt to change PSI. I only use 2 settings 20/90psi . Comp is mounted under driver side seat , battery’s new. Not sure the issue here but, there could be some improvement here . Still a very good product. My friends have the 5k and they said this one is night and day difference . Thanks!
Great kit I must say. i was trying for the kit from very long time and fortunately my searching come to an end at sd truck. the customer brief me each and every step for this kit, the price is also reasonable . recommend to others as well
I just finished installing the "Load Lifter 7500 XL" air bag kit on my 2011 Dodge Ram 3500. I've never installed air bags before. I'm 70 years old and decided to kill an afternoon laying under the truck figuring things out. I was disappointed, I didn't even get a sweat on, these things went right into place after I put them together which was a breeze too. The truck sits up good, rides great and now I'm ready for the road. I haul a Host Mammoth, it is not a light weight 11.6 foot camper with three slides. SDTruck Springs was great to deal with, a very friendly fellow took my order over the phone. He tackled a couple technical questions too...and He was right on, he knows his stuff. So, in the future I know where I'll go for my RV/Spring needs.....
Air bags are great so far. Pretty good ride and the automatic air compressors are are great too. The passenger side level indicator has became loose a couple of times. Other than that no other issues. I would highly recommend this set up to anyone looking to haul heavy loads.
