I purchased my helper springs 1/2012. My titan has a very soft, smooth ride. Every time I hooked a trailer up the truck dropped to the bump stops. I had a local auto repair shop install them, since I didn't have the time to do it myself. The ride is exactly the same (empty). I have pulled several different sizes of trailers, up to the legal limit. The truck stays level, and no more slosh during lane changes or turns. I will buy them for the next truck I purchase!
