Had a screw up with UPS and only one spring got delivered, after calling your company, another one was sent. How the heck do you misplace something of that size and weight? I got truck jacked up and had to cut shackles and mounting bolts with torch. In retrospect, I should have ordered all of the stuff from your company and not have a major problem like I did. The springs are working great! Thanks.
