What are SuperSprings?

SuperSprings are a self-adjusting, progressive helper spring that will increase the load capacity of your suspension when your vehicle needs it. Super Springs have a patented roller system on the end of the shackles that will allow the springs to engage with no rattle or noise and best of all, they do so automatically.

All Super Springs come in different lengths to accommodate each vehicle individually. The helper springs are also available in different duty strengths for the variety of vehicles and situations the springs fit.

A leaf spring suspension will flex with a load as intended and if the factory springs are under too much stress they will start to flatten out and make your pickup or suv sag, bottom out, or sway. If you have SuperSprings installed, this is the exact time the patented system will engage. The rollers at each end of the leaf will be put under tension, causing the helper spring to assist the factory leaf springs.

SuperSprings also come with an easy installation process which eliminates any need for drilling or welding. The typical shackle for installation has two bolt holes which also allows for manual adjustability while installing the springs. When the spring is attached to the lowest shackle hole it will ensure the least amount of preloaded tension on the super springs, which will keep the vehicles closest to its factory ride and load capacity. If it is desired to have increased tension or “lift” even before a load is applied, one of the alternative shackle holes can be used.

SuperSprings enhance load carrying capacity, handling and towing. Never load any vehicle beyond the manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating.
