Returns and Cancellations

We will accept the return of any item(s) that are in their original packaging and condition within 90 days of the purchase date.

In the case of a return contact us by phone at Toll Free 1 (877) 774-6473. We will provide you with an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Then you will:

• Attach the provided label OR write your RGA number on the box(es) being returned
  *This step is very important. The RGA number is our way of tracking the package and refunding your order
• Ship the package(s) pre-paid to the warehouse address provided during the phone call
• Unless there are unique circumstances, refunds will be given for the price of the product(s) only. Shipping, handling, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the consumer as per agreement upon checkout.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the return is past our 90 day policy.

Shipping

Any orders placed Monday thru Friday before 2pm EST will be sent through to the appropriate warehouse with the intent to ship that same day. Any orders placed after 2pm, placed on a weekend, or placed on a holiday, will be received by the warehouse the following business day. In any case where a product is not in stock, it will be processed to be shipped at the earliest time possible, either directly from the manufacturer, or when our warehouse receives stock. Hellwig is the only manufacturer that may take up to three days to ship should a drop ship be needed to fulfill the order. However, immediate shipping available on Hellwig products is upon request at no additional cost.

All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx, depending on the which warehouse the product is shipped from. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be generated which is forwarded to the customer's e-mail that was entered during checkout, as well as logged in your "My Account" area if you created an account upon checkout. If a tracking number is not received within 36 hours of when the order was placed, contact us. Once an item is shipped, average Ground Shipping time ranges from 1 - 7 business days.

Free Shipping and Discounted Shipping sales are for products as advertised. Any "free shipping" discount or sale will be applied to products as marked on their respective pages. Free Shipping discounts only apply to the 48 continental United States.

 Canadian Customers 
It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay all duties, taxes, and/or fees that may be associated with the shipment of your product(s) during arrival at the provided destination. Any orders refused or canceled in transit will incur a refund less any associated shipping/taxes/duties/brokerage fee’s that are unrecoverable. If a package is refused due to damage in transit, the aforementioned stipulations do not apply.
